Testimonials

I’ve had several foot surgeries over the years. However, this is the BEST experience I’ve ever had. I finally have very little pain in my left foot. Although I’m not at 100% yet, I know I will be soon. I would recommend Dr. Jacobson to anyone. He and his staff at Advanced Orthopedic are the best I’ve ever been to!!

I had an accident where I fell and broke 2 bones in my lower leg. Dr. Jacobson saw me immediately and has since performed 2 surgeries on my leg. Both Dr. Jacobsen and his staff are very professional and fully explained my surgeries and diagnosis to myself and my husband. I now am walking pain free and without any long term effects of the break. I am so thankful that he operated on my leg. I would recommend him to any friend/ family member for foot and ankle issues. Top Notch!

On Friday it will be one year since Dr Jacobson did a tissue graft and removed a nerve from my ankle. Tonight I ran 5.0 miles for the first time since that surgery!!!! I’m so happy to be back to normal again!!! Thanks Dr J!!!

Dr. Jacobson was spot on with his diagnosis of the bone spur in my ankle and the best action plan with which to treat it. I needed to be on a quick recovery timeline to miss as little of the ski season as possible and I was able to schedule surgery quickly and on a day that worked for me. The surgery went exactly as planned, with no additional trauma (or drama.) The bone spur was removed with only 2 small incisions and the procedure was minimally invasive. Dr. Jacobsen is very enthusiastic about his work and at times can move almost a little too quickly during office visits. He would listen to and answer my questions, but definitely wants to keep things moving along. Ultimately he knows his stuff and I was very pleased with the outcome of my surgery. I was on the mountain skiing within 5-6 weeks! Overall a very successful procedure and experience. I would recommend him to anyone needing ankle surgery.

Dr. Jacobson changed my life, Thank you! He was up front and told me what I needed to hear, not what I wanted to hear and, while still in my recovery process, I can say wholeheartedly that the pain from my long term injury is gone. 10+ years of never doing the right thing for myself and being too scared- he changed it all. Truly a genuine, good-hearted man who cares and I will forever be grateful for the incredible experience from initial consultation through the post-op appointments, always the same wonderful, attentive doctor. THANK YOU!

Dr. Jacobson quickly and accurately diagnosed my foot fracture, though I wish he had spent a bit more time talking to me about the course of treatment and examining my foot. Dr. Jacobson and the office manager were great in working with me to minimize my out of pocket costs in regards to the walking boot I am required to wear for the next 6 weeks. The text message reminder system is something I’ve never encountered before and is much appreciated.

The most prompt office I have ever been to and after seeing 2 other physicians for the same problem, Dr. Jacobson got it right in the first 15 minutes and I couldn’t be happier. I am a patient who will return and refer without hesitation.

Dr. Jacobson, following my first attempt to correct my foot problem and the mishap with the insurance company, I was resigned to put it off. You did change my mind and I am grateful for it.

Dr. Jacobson, I don’t know if you remember us, but Brennan was a patient of your who ruptured both ligaments in his ankle…twice…one on each side. You did the double ligament repair surgery his freshman and sophomore years. THANK YOU! We want you to know that Brennan worked extremely hard to rehabilitate those injuries, sometimes up to 5 hours a day. It was hard to get back to his previous level of athleticism, but thanks to you, he did it! This year, his senior year, he played extremely well. His team of 9 guys, with only 6 starters, won Districts, and Regionals, and went to State for the first time in 22 years of school history! Our school is very small. So this was a BIG deal for the community. He will never forget this season with his best friends. It was awesome and such a blessing, so thank you.

The ankle brace Dr. Jacobson prescribed for my husband was ready by 6-28-17. An interesting procedure to watch the cast being made to achieve the perfect fit. It does make a difference in his gait. Both of us thank you for your help.

I wanted to take a few minutes to Thank-you for your exceptional work from your Staff and your Doctors. I came to you initially to get a second opinion about a surgery for my daughter. We saw Dr. Jacobson He was impressive. 5 years later I broke my toe and I choose to see Dr. Jacobson for my care and it was stellar. My daughter and I were in a Car Wreck and initially we sought out a different group and were very dissatisfied. We decided to try the other Doctors in your office because of our experience with Dr. Jacobson. We have seen Dr. Hurley, Dr. Cary Motz, as well Dr. Newman. Thank-you for high quality care and not treating us like another number but people in pain seeking out your expertise. I see what I think is happening in the Medical Field and I hope you all stay as amazing as you are. I would also like to add that any PA or any assistant, especially Kianna with Dr. Jacobson are very dedicated and excellent at their work. I have no idea how you do it because your receptionists are also bright, kind and very welcoming. When I sat down to try and write an email on my phone, I started complaining about the other group but I decided to think about all of your offices talent and let you all know you are deeply appreciated.

Thank-you for not just making me and my family a number and your high quality of care.
