Dr Motz… This is the result of your great work. I was a skiing machine last year. Thank you. Feb. 2013, 58 years old, Continental Divide at 13,010 Feet.

Dr. Motz did a great job. My shoulder had been bothering me for years, he fixed it, now it’s better than it has been in 20 years. Playing tennis, no pain when sleeping on shoulder. Great job! Staff was very nice and helpful.

Dr. Motz is terrific and I highly recommend him however....I cannot say the same for this practice. I just got a bill for $1300. from the anesthesiologist! They apparently don't take my Medicare Supplement and certainly this office knows that, yet they do not advise you of this in advance or give you to the option of using a doctor that accepts your insurance. I got a paper to sign 10 minutes before I got called back for surgery that said "some" attending practitioners may not accept all insurances. What do you do at that point? I am absolutely sure that this was not discussed prior to this point and clearly they have a choice in who they use for anesthesia so why would they use a doctor group that they know will bill the patient.
